Job summary

Atrium Home Services is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the friendly, professional voice for our busy call center in Grand Rapids. You’ll answer calls, help with scheduling, resolve issues, and ensure every customer feels valued and cared for.

You’ll collaborate with dispatch and field teams, navigate multiple software platforms, and contribute to a supportive, team-focused work environment with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience (call center or service industry preferred).
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
• Strong computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems.
• Positive attitude, flexibility and reliability.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and assist with scheduling, resolving issues, and ensuring positive customer experiences.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls and manage high call volume.
• Educate customers on loyalty program benefits and enroll them during calls.
• De-escalate concerns with empathy and problem-solving.
• Collaborate with dispatch, trade managers, and field technicians.
• Update records and schedule services across multiple systems.
