Job summary

Walser Automotive Group in Bloomington, MN is seeking a Service Call Center Specialist to promptly answer inbound calls and schedule service appointments, advising on maintenance and recalls. You will perform outbound follow-up, use SharePoint to find answers, and strive to meet monthly call and appointment goals while upholding Walser’s CORE values and safety guidelines.

This role requires reliable, high-volume communication and teamwork in a dealership environment.

Qualifications

• Six months of prior high-volume call center or similar experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls promptly to provide an exceptional client experience and schedule service appointments.
• Perform outbound follow-up calls for due/overdue service clients and SOP notifications.
• Master training materials and use SharePoint to find answers before transferring calls to a Service Advisor.
• Check recalls and stay current with service specials and recall notices.
• Meet or exceed monthly call and appointment goals, following posted metrics.
