Job summary

TitleMax in New Braunfels, TX is seeking a Customer Service Representative to help customers access financial solutions. You will build relationships, process transactions with accuracy, and maintain data in the POS system while delivering a positive in-store experience.

You’ll receive hands-on training and development, with opportunities for advancement in a fast-growing, community-focused company.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with professional demeanor.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accurate data entry.
• Proficiency with phones, POS, and Microsoft Office.
• Must be at least 18 years old; background check required.
• Physical ability to stand and move in a store environment.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate lasting customer relationships to drive repeat business.
• Review, validate, and process customer transactions with accuracy.
• Enter and maintain customer information in a POS system.
• Assist in on-site events and community activities as needed.
• Support in-store operations, security, and cleanliness.
• Uphold compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Work full-time, including weekends, in-store schedule.
