Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Fluid power knowledge a plus.
• Prior customer service experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive customer orders via email, fax, and phone.
• Enter orders into the current operating system.
• Support customer portal and forecast requirements.
• Quote pricing with lead times and data information.
