Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide online and phone support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Coordinate daily sales flow and order processing with the sales operations team.
• Handle customer requests and troubleshoot retail orders; document complaints for traceability.
• Maintain inventory records using Business Central and process Shopify orders.
• Participate in company trainings and support cross-functional teams as needed.
