Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer service support calls, potentially during extended periods of high volume.
• Take sales calls and upsell, present alternatives and ask for the sale.
• Apply active listening skills and paraphrase to understand customer needs.
• Troubleshoot customer service problems.
• Process orders in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide knowledgeable answers about product, pricing and availability.
• Help customers navigate the website and place orders online.
• Coordinate with internal departments to meet customer needs.
• Assist customers with returns, shipping inquiries and order status questions.
