Job summary

KGPCo is seeking a dedicated customer service professional in Minnesota to serve as a point of contact for assigned customers. You will handle manual order entry inquiries, monitor status, and support delivery schedules to ensure timely fulfillment.

Using CRM tools and MS Office, you will build strong relationships, respond to questions, and assist with replacements as needed, while contributing to a collaborative and fast-paced supply chain environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent; related office or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains positive relationships and provides excellent customer service.
• Responsible for manual order entry inquiries, order status, expediting, delivery schedules and replacements.
• Utilizes CRM to document activities and account notes to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Participate in customer calls to provide updates on orders and answer questions.
