Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6–12 months of customer service, call center or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Input customer orders.
• Input customer credits.
• Input order and invoicing information accurately and in a timely manner.
• Assist customers with orders and problems; contact vendors for samples.
• Provide informative and professional assistance to the public, customers, vendors and co-workers.
• Perform administrative duties such as checking faxes and mail daily; handle sample requests and special orders.
• Will Call orders.
• Intercompany order processing.
• Attend training and customer service meetings.
