Job summary

Welch Packaging is seeking a Customer Service Representative to engage with customers via phone and email, answer questions, and support the customer service team with new tactics and robust product knowledge.

Responsibilities include entering orders, maintaining customer records in Amtech, and ensuring timely communication on shipments. A High School Diploma and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with Amtech recommended.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Escalate queries to the Customer Service Manager as needed.
• Enter all orders following set checkpoints and acknowledge within 24 hours.
• Create and maintain accurate customer data in the system.
• Maintain customer item specs and ensure data integrity.
• Ensure customer satisfaction with products or services.
• Coordinate customer pickups for defective products with shipping.
• Act as main internal point of contact for Sales and communicate status.
