Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Examine shipment contents within 24 hours of receipt and compare with records to verify accuracy.
• Record shipment data with 98% accuracy for reporting and recordkeeping.
• Prepare documents to route materials and maintain weekly inventory.
• Coordinate truck scheduling with Plant/Office management and ensure safety standards.
• Oversee shipping staff and ensure standards are met; develop staff and resolve issues.
• Maintain records of inventories, price lists, and shipments; conduct forklift checks.
