Job summary

Wastequip Mount Sterling is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our manufacturing team in the garbage truck and container sector. You will pick orders and complete shipping Release and packing to keep operations running smoothly, ensuring accurate stock moves and data entry.

The role requires team collaboration, warehouse experience, and the ability to work 7:00AM to 3:30PM. Forklift experience is a plus; 18+ years old applicants are welcome.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Experience in a Warehouse or Distribution Environment.
• Must be 18 or over.

Responsibilities

• Handle and deliver raw materials and parts to other departments including shipping, loading and receiving.
• Read batch sheets/customer orders to determine items to move, gather or distribute.
• Count, weigh, measure, or examine packaging for conformance to specs.
• Sort materials by size, type, color, or product code and place on racks or bins.
• Assemble customer orders from stock and place on pallets or in packing/shipping areas.
• Compare packed items with customer orders and data.
• Use computer to enter records.
• Verify stock and shipment details against vendor compliance.
• Assist with bagging, labeling, and boxing procedures.
• Attach postage to outbound packages.
• Work overtime if required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
