You will work with Sales, Logistics, Accounting, and carriers to meet customer needs and drive service excellence. The position requires 1–3 years in customer service or related fields, strong Excel/Office skills, and the ability to coordinate domestic and international shipments, process orders, and maintain data

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of customer service, order management, or supply chain experience preferred.
• Experience supporting domestic and international customers, coordinating logistics, and managing customer orders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing responsive, professional service.
• Manage end-to-end order process including entry, documentation, pricing, inventory alignment, and timely fulfillment.
• Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, Accounting, and external carriers to ensure timely order delivery.
• Support domestic and international shipments, manage shipping documents, and monitor transportation activities.
• Review transactions for data accuracy, support payment processes, and maintain data integrity.
• Analyze issues and contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
• Provide cross-functional backup and assist with business implementation activities.
