Job summary

Formosa-Plastic is seeking a Customer Service Representative I to manage relationships with assigned accounts and coordinate with Sales, Logistics, and Accounting to ensure timely order fulfillment and issue resolution.

The role requires strong communication skills, experience in order processing and logistics coordination, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. A Bachelor’s in a related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; multilingual proficiency preferred.
• Ability to analyze and interpret customer orders, shipping documents, SOPs, and business correspondence.
• Strong problem‑solving, organizational, and customer relationship management skills.
• Working knowledge of order processing, logistics coordination, import/export documentation, and customer service processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary customer service contact for assigned accounts and coordinate requirements with Sales, Logistics, Accounting and other internal teams.
• Manage end-to-end order process including entry, documentation, pricing, inventory alignment, and timely fulfillment.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments and support logistics team to resolve issues for on-time product delivery.
• Maintain accurate customer, vendor, pricing, shipment, and financial records; reconcile discrepancies and support payment processes.
• Identify issues, propose solutions, and contribute to process improvements.
