Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, customer service, or related business operations.
• Experience coordinating shipments, inventory, warehousing, or transportation activities preferred.
• Experience working with ERP systems, transportation management systems, or logistics software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments to ensure timely product delivery.
• Work with carriers, warehouses, terminals, and logistics providers to support transportation operations.
• Monitor inventory, storage, and product movement throughout the supply chain.
• Assist with freight rate analysis, transportation costs, and logistics reporting.
• Resolve shipment, delivery, and logistics-related issues while supporting customer service needs.
• Maintain shipping documentation and support import/export compliance requirements.
• Participate in logistics projects and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
