Job summary

SLB is seeking a Manufacturing & Supply (M&S) Analyst to support operations through data analysis, reporting, planning, and cross‑functional coordination. You will work with Production, Planning, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Customer Service to monitor performance, support order execution, and identify process improvements.

The role emphasizes SAP data analysis, tracking key activities, maintaining data accuracy across systems, and delivering insights for timely business decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Distribution, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant professional experience in financial analysis, business analysis, supply chain, operations, or a related analytical function.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP or a comparable ERP system, including extracting, reviewing, and analyzing data.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including large datasets, financial analysis, reporting, and data reconciliation.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams including Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement, and Commercial.

Responsibilities

• Perform analytical and administrative functions supporting Manufacturing & Supply operations, including production, planning, inventory, and order management activities.
• Analyze manufacturing and supply chain data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to improve operational performance and efficiency.
• Monitor open orders and production status; coordinate with stakeholders to support timely execution and delivery.
• Track material availability, inventory levels, production progress, asset delivery, and invoicing to identify constraints.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve order, material, and delivery‑related issues.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to support planning and business decisions.
