Job summary

Responsibilities

• Process and support customers’ inquiries related to their dedicated market.
• Answer calls and handle email inquiries; providing courteous, timely, and effective customer service.
• Inform customers of the status of their orders, advising of changes.
• Comply with company attendance standards.
• Coordinate effectively with transportation, planning, engineering, and sales.
• Follow up on inquiries for customer issue resolution and product design; escalate when needed.
• Coordinate with different departments to resolve customer requests.
• Manage and process small customer orders.
