Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process orders and prepare related paperwork for customer work orders.
• Notify customers about order status and tracking information.
• Coordinate special shipping requests with transportation.
• Maintain customer records and invoices.
• Assist with answering calls and greeting visitors in the office.
