Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong organizational skills and teamwork.
• Detail-oriented with ability to multi-task.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Previous customer service experience required; industry knowledge preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office: Outlook, Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Assist project manager with order placement, scheduling, delivery, and installation services.
• Manage order entry and processing.
• Coordinate with Sourcing and SOPT to secure needed products.
• Liaise with production or scheduling regarding special order requirements.
• Monitor upcoming job schedules and communicate changes to the team.
• Report any credit issues to the sales team.
• Answer calls and emails promptly and professionally.
• Perform other duties as requested.
