Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Product Flow Specialist to optimize product flow from receipt to placement on the shop floor at our Atlanta location. You will support back-of-house operations, contribute to sales and key metrics, and assist the Leadership team in daily store operations.

Responsibilities include leading shipment processing, stock placement, and maintaining organization, while upholding safety and merchandising standards. Flexible hours and a focus on efficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Ability to work flexible hours to meet store product flow demand (including mornings, nights, and weekends).
• Proven track record in leading operational processes and achieving measurable results.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead product flow processes from shipment receipt to floor placement.
• Maintain back of house standards and organize receiving, stock, and supply areas.
• Collaborate with leadership to share progress and optimize efficiency.
• Support store profitability and loss prevention through effective product handling.
