Wilsonart in Columbus, OH is seeking an Office Assistant I/Customer Service Representative to support a small CSR team. You will manage customer accounts from order entry to delivery and resolve order-related issues, coordinating with manufacturing, logistics and other teams.

Strong attention to detail and communication are essential as you handle multiple accounts, respond to inquiries by phone and email, and ensure accurate entry and timely service to customers.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of CSR or similar experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for assigned customers and maintain relationships.
• Enter and review customer orders for accuracy; resolve discrepancies.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email regarding status and delivery.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, logistics and other teams to provide updates.
• Monitor open orders and prioritize workload; meet timeframes.
• Perform CSR and other administrative duties as assigned.
