Job summary

Wilsonart in Columbus, Ohio is seeking an Office Assistant I/Customer Service Representative to support a dedicated group of customer accounts from order entry through delivery. You will collaborate with manufacturing and logistics to ensure accurate processing and timely resolution of issues.

The role requires strong attention to detail, clear communication, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication with customers.
• Ability to manage multiple customer accounts and priorities.
• Proficient with order entry, EDI, ERP/WSM, and related processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for assigned customers, building relationships and resolving requests.
• Enter and review customer orders for accuracy and address discrepancies.
• Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email regarding status, back orders, and delivery.
• Coordinate with plant manufacturing and logistics to provide updates and expedite orders.
• Monitor open orders and requests, prioritizing workload and meeting timelines.
• Perform CSR and other administrative duties as assigned.
