Wilsonart, Columbus, OH, is seeking an Office Assistant I/Customer Service Representative to support a small CSR team handling a group of customer accounts from order entry through delivery and issue resolution.

This role emphasizes accuracy, effective communication, and timely customer responses. You will work with manufacturing, logistics, and other departments to ensure orders are entered, processed, and delivered as expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of CSR or related experience.
• Experience with order entry and customer inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Be primary contact for assigned customers and manage orders.
• Enter and review orders for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Communicate by phone and email about status, back orders, reorders, delivery issues.
• Coordinate with plant manufacturing and logistics to update status.
• Monitor open orders and prioritize work; ensure timely responses.
• Perform CSR and admin duties as assigned.
