Job summary

Wilsonart in Cincinnati is seeking an Office Assistant I/Customer Service Representative to support a group of customer accounts from order entry through delivery. You will be the primary contact, coordinating with manufacturing and logistics to ensure accurate orders, on-time delivery, and resolution of issues.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple orders and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; 1+ years experience; 15 semester hours of college may substitute for the required experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to manage multiple customer accounts and priorities; detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned customers and maintain strong relationships.
• Enter and review customer orders for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Handle customer communications by phone and email regarding status, back orders, and delivery issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams to obtain order status and expedite orders when necessary.
• Monitor open orders and prioritize workload to ensure timely completion.
• Perform CSR and related administrative duties per established methods.
