Job summary

Wilsonart in Cincinnati is hiring an Office Assistant I/Customer Service Representative to manage assigned customer accounts from order entry through delivery. You will serve as the primary contact and work with manufacturing, logistics, and other teams to ensure orders are entered accurately and fulfilled on time.

The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to handle multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of experience in order entry or customer service.
• 15 semester hours of college may substitute for experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for assigned customers and resolve issues promptly.
• Enter and review orders for accuracy and discrepancies.
• Handle customer communications by phone and email regarding status.
• Coordinate with internal teams to obtain order status and expedite orders.
• Monitor open orders and prioritize workload to meet timelines.
• Perform CSR and administrative duties as assigned.
