Hutchinson Regional Medical Center is seeking a friendly and organized receptionist for our clinic environment. You will greet patients, verify insurance, collect co-pays, and route visits to the appropriate departments. Proficiency with EMR systems and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Greet and register patients/visitors and direct to the correct department.
• Collect and update patient contact information and verify insurance coverage.
• Collect co-pays and fees; input data in the EMR system.
• Answer calls, schedule appointments, arrange referrals, and relay messages.
• Perform light clerical duties and data entry; maintain PHI privacy and security.
