MFA Oil Company is seeking a Customer Service Representative I to provide a high level of service to MFA Oil customers and support daily store operations. You will process sales, take payments, handle inventory, and prepare bank deposits while maintaining accurate records and professional communication.

The role requires a high school diploma, reliable English, and the ability to work a full-time shift, with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and teamwork in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering friendly, accurate customer service in a retail or service environment.
• Ability to handle cash, process payments, and document transactions clearly.
• Basic math and record-keeping skills for daily deposits and reporting.

Responsibilities

• In an accurate and timely manner, complete daily sales and deposit reporting
• Make sure daily sales and receipts are listed accurately on monthly stock sheets
• Ensure that customer payments are completed accurately and applied to the correct account
• Maintain up-to-date filing systems
• Assist manager in securing all tax exemption forms and maintain files
• Answer phones, greet customers, and satisfy routine requests courteously
• Process daily correspondence from customers and home office in a timely manner
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
