Job summary

MFA Oil Company’s Break Time convenience store is hiring a Sales Associate to assist customers, handle transactions and keep the store stocked and clean. You will follow policies, operate POS tech, and help with food preparation during shifts.

The role emphasizes friendly, fast service, safety, teamwork and reliability, with weekend/holiday availability and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Training will be provided to maintain quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with merchandising and sales activities.
• Ability to operate POS systems and basic computer tasks.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
• Pre-employment background check and drug test required.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, provide fast, friendly service and process transactions.
• Merchandise and maintain stocked, clean, fronted and faced merchandise.
