We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Customer Service & Operations Dispatch Specialist to join our team in a fast-paced environment. In this multi-faceted role, you will act as a central hub for incoming calls, monitor site safety systems, coordinate patient transport workflows, and dispatch service requests.

Pay Rate: $18.00 / hour
Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM (Days off: Sunday & Monday)
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service & Dispatch: Answer and document incoming calls from internal staff, patients, and visitors; process and dispatch work requests efficiently.
- Workflow Coordination: Assist in guiding workflows and assigning tasks for patient transporters to keep facility operations moving seamlessly.
- Facility & Alarm Monitoring: Actively monitor environmental alarms, entry doors, parking lot intercoms, security gates, and CCTV feeds.
- Team Leadership & Coverage: Serve as an escalation point for general customer service inquiries and step in to assist across any shift as needed.
- Process Improvement & Projects: Lead or participate in special departmental projects; provide constructive feedback to leadership to streamline operations and enhance team performance.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of customer service or administrative support experience. Experience in healthcare, call centers, or dispatch environments is strongly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Communication: Strong verbal and written English communication skills; able to follow detailed instructions and document requests accurately.
- Conflict Resolution & Resilience: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to handle challenging situations, manage conflict professionally, and succeed in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
Work Environment & Physical Demands
- Onsite Expectation: 100% onsite position located in Dallas, TX 75246.
- Reliability: Must be able to work the set evening schedule (Tuesday through Saturday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM).
