Randstad USA seeks a reliable, detail-oriented Customer Service & Operations Dispatch Specialist in Dallas to support a fast-paced healthcare environment. You will be a central hub for calls, monitor safety systems, coordinate patient transport, and dispatch requests.

The role emphasizes strong communication, documentation accuracy, and resilience in a high-energy setting. 100% onsite, Tue-Sat, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Experience: 1 year in customer service or admin support; healthcare/dispatch preferred.
• Technical: Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Communication: Strong verbal and written English; detail-oriented.
• Resilience: Handle high-stress situations professionally.

Responsibilities

• Answer and document incoming calls from staff, patients and visitors; process and dispatch work requests.
• Guide workflows and assign tasks for patient transporters to keep operations moving.
• Monitor environmental alarms, entry doors, intercoms, gates and CCTV feeds.
• Serve as escalation point for inquiries and assist across shifts as needed.
• Lead or participate in projects to streamline operations and boost team performance.
