Responsabilidades

• Execute special projects across the contact center, coordinating with functional groups and expanding project plans.
• Respond to and follow up on incoming support requests, independently research complex issues, and determine root causes.
• Analyze contact statistics, identify trends and business insights, and report findings to stakeholders.
• Implement enterprise solutions, build relationships with key stakeholders, track progress, and leverage new opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and uphold ethical standards.
• Maintain a customer‑centric approach, strategic thinking, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
