Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by coordinating and responding to customer communications through telephone, radio, and in person; develop solutions for accountability and feedback; help customers with special needs; negotiate fuel prices; control access to ramp areas; assemble bus passengers and coordinate with the security team; maintain cleanliness in public display areas.
• Coordinate ground support by serving as a point of contact for personnel (crew, line operators, flight operations) and ensuring compliance with regulations; determine hangar space and availability; arrange after‑hours work requests; execute ground operations such as toilet staffing, generator operation, and de‑icing; prepare service request books.
• Manage and maintain records and produce reports (daily, weekly, monthly) to ensure accuracy; reconcile fuel tickets for internal and external customers; handle invoices, bank statement balances, and cash drawer; monitor and maintain inventory; capture and record customer information and reservations; send messages; receive payments; and manage fuel delivery records.
• Comply with company code of conduct, integrity policies, procedures, and standards; implement related action plans; apply open‑door policies; and integrate them into business processes.
• Accomplish tasks and priorities using policies, data, and resources; interact with managers, colleagues, customers, and business partners; identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations; communicate progress; recommend ways to address improvement opportunities; and adapt to change, challenge, and feedback.
