Job summary

You will respond to enquiries by telephone and email, taking ownership of each contact and working with colleagues and subject matter experts to offer clear, timely responses.

You will also support complaint handling, maintain the knowledge base, and contribute to service improvements and administration tasks across the team.

Qualifications

• Relevant customer service, communication, administration, case-management or operational delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond to enquiries by telephone and email, providing clear and accurate information and aiming to resolve enquiries at the first point of contact.
• Take ownership of customer contacts and provide a professional, empathetic and timely service.
• Collaborate with national and area teams and subject matter experts to gather information and answer enquiries.
• Help maintain and improve the customer service knowledge base to keep information accurate and useful.
• Investigate and coordinate Tier 1 complaint responses and support broader team projects and service improvements.
