Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to discuss moving services and products with customers.
• Data entry into move software while speaking with customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service on calls and online inquiries.
• Recommend moving services based on cost, availability, and customer needs.
• Input information into move software to generate estimates and schedule moves.
• Obtain customer feedback and handle concerns professionally.
• Prepare move-related paperwork.
• All other duties as assigned.
