AZ Car Rental seeks a responsible, detail-oriented Customer Service - Mid Level Analyst to join our remote team in the United States. You will manage reservations, verify documents, process check-ins/outs and promote additional services.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in customer service and sales, strong communication, data analysis, and CRM experience. Fluency in English and intermediate Spanish are preferred; flexible hours apply.

Our company's seeking a self-driven, dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service - Mid Level Analyst to join our remote team. If you have a passion for customer service and outstanding skills in reservation management and problem-solving, we have a place for you!

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all interactions with customers are managed efficiently, maintaining customer satisfaction and the accuracy of information in the system.
• Verify documents, payments, insurance, vehicle exchanges, and manage duplicate or canceled reservations.
• Manage customer check-ins and check-outs, verifying data and inspecting vehicles virtually.
• Promote additional products and services, prospect clients, and establish partnerships.
• Respond promptly to customer messages via chat and email, resolving issues and personalizing the service.
• Conduct post-service follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and request customer reviews.
• Manage vehicle exchange requests and resolve duplicate or canceled reservations.

Requirements

• Preferably a completed degree;
• Previous experience (2-3 years) in customer service and sales.
• Familiarity with communication tools and CRM systems;
• Intermediate knowledge of reservation management systems;
• Intermediate skills in sales and client prospecting;
• Fluent in English; intermediate Spanish;
• Ability to analyze data and solve problems;
• Excellent communication, proactivity, organization, and time management skills;
• Empathy and strong customer service abilities.
