Job summary

AZ Car Rental seeks a responsible, detail-oriented Customer Service - Mid Level Analyst to join our remote team in the United States. You will manage reservations, verify documents, process check-ins/outs and promote additional services.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in customer service and sales, strong communication, data analysis, and CRM experience. Fluency in English and intermediate Spanish are preferred; flexible hours apply.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage customer interactions ensuring satisfaction and data accuracy.
• Verify documents, payments, insurance, and reservations.
• Handle check-ins/outs and virtual vehicle inspections.
• Promote products/services and prospect clients.
• Respond to chat and email promptly; resolve issues.
• Follow up post-service to ensure satisfaction and reviews.
• Handle vehicle exchanges and cancelation resolutions.
