Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret documents and safety rules.
• Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of planograms and merchandising guidelines.
• Ability to handle cash and perform basic math.
• Capable of operating cash register functions and stocking merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service and exceed expectations.
• Rotate and display merchandise to drive sales and maintain planograms.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment and assist in recovering merchandise.
• Operate checkout, process payments, and assist customers at self-checkout.
• Follow company policies and preserve store assets.
• Stock, restock, and set up displays; lift and move merchandise as needed.
