Josh Chase - State Farm Agent seeks a Customer Service Manager to help our agency achieve its goals by implementing and supporting office policies and ensuring excellent customer experiences. This role emphasizes organization, collaboration, and proactive problem solving.

You will build relationships, provide prompt service, educate clients on insurance options, and help maintain a well-run office that supports growth and community service.

• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Ensure the office is well-maintained, and continuously equipped to successfully meet customer needs and to market relevant products.
