Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Customer Service team for the St. Charles Labels operation.
• Manage day-to-day workflow, staffing coverage, and prioritization of customer requirements.
• Coordinate with Production, Prepress, Quality, Shipping, Sales and other teams.
• Support customer orders through manufacturing, including artwork, timing, and delivery expectations.
• Provide coaching and performance reviews for direct reports.
