Job summary

RRD is seeking a Customer Service Manager for the St. Charles Labels operation. The role leads the Customer Service team, coordinating with Production, Sales, and Quality to meet service levels and customer expectations.

You will drive staffing, training, and continuous improvement across workflows, ensuring accurate communication of customer requirements and smooth manufacturing coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in discipline related to function of work required.
• 10+ years of related work experience required.
• 8+ years of experience in managing a team required.
• 5+ years of change management experience required.
• Advanced PC skills with Microsoft Office and Google Platform required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop Customer Service team members to meet objectives.
• Manage day-to-day workflow, assignments, staffing coverage, and prioritization of requirements.
• Monitor workloads and adjust to prevent delays and bottlenecks.
• Provide backup coverage for accounts, vacations, and absences to ensure continuity.
• Serve as liaison between Customer Service and Production, Quality, Shipping, Sales and other areas.
