Job summary

Canteen seeks a Manager in Training (MIT) in Dallas, TX, to prepare for a future leadership role within Compass Group’s Canteen sector. You will learn best practices across marketing, customer service, retail, merchandising, and operations while participating in Compass Group’s Accelerated Manager Program (AMP).

As an MIT, you’ll be assigned to a training location for hands-on onboarding and will advance to managerial assignments in areas such as Markets & Office Snacks, Coffee & Refreshments,

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is required.
• 0–5 years of experience in customer service, retail, logistics, or related internship is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new tech systems is expected.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and client relationship skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Support marketing, customer service, retail, merchandising, and branch operations.
• Assist with finance, purchasing, and supply chain tasks as needed.
• Participate in leadership development activities through the Accelerated Manager Program (AMP).
