FLIK Hospitality Group in Boston is recruiting for a Culinary/Back‑of‑House Manager in Training. You will receive targeted hands-on training for an entry‑level management role and learn best practices in marketing, service, purchasing, payroll and P&L.

AMP participation offers mentorship, assessments and a fast-track path to management roles, with relocation possible within your region based on needs and performance. This is a full‑time position with growth opportunities within Compass Group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required by August 2025 or earlier.
• Experience in customer service or hospitality within restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, or similar food service operations required.
• Proficiency in MS Office and general computer skills.
• Strong communication, organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Open to relocation for the right role or advancement opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Receive targeted training for an entry-level management role.
• Learn best practices in marketing, customer service, retail, merchandising, purchasing, supply chain, hiring, training, payroll and P&L.
• Participate in Compass Group’s Accelerated Manager Program (AMP) with potential relocation.
• Full-time management placement or promotion upon AMP completion depending on performance.
