Canteen in Carrollton, TX is seeking a Customer Service Manager in Training. You will gain hands-on exposure across marketing, customer service, retail, merchandising, and branch operations as part of our AMP leadership pathway.

This role prepares you for future management; 0–5 years experience in service or retail. You’ll learn payroll, P&L concepts, and inventory while contributing to a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• We are hiring immediately for a Customer Service Manager in Trainingposition.
• Location: 2643 N. 1-35E Suite 200, Carrollton, TX 75006
• Schedule: To be discussed further upon interview.
• Requirement: Must be 0-5 years out from graduation of a college or university.
• Pay Range: $56,700 - $60,000 annually.

ABOUT THIS ROLE

As aManager in Training (MIT), you will gain preparation for a potential future role within our team leadership. Through this process, you will learn the best practices of your Compass Group sector, Canteen, and facilitate these practices within areas which may include, but is not limited to: marketing, customer service, retail, merchandising, branch operations and support services, finance, purchasing and supply chain, hiring, training, payroll, profit and loss, and more. As a MIT, you will be assigned to a training location to complete the on-site, hands-on learning portion of your onboarding and training experience while you participate, in tandem, in Compass Group’s Accelerated Manager Program (AMP). As an AMP grad, you may take on managerial assignments in operational areas such as:

YOU MAY HAVE

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
• 0-5 years of experience in customer service, retail, logistics, food service, sales, or a related internship, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to quickly learn new technology and business systems
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and client relationship-building skills
• Outgoing, energetic, and sales-oriented with a passion for customer service
• Flexible, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines
• Demonstrated business acumen, including an understanding of inventory management, cash handling, and profit and loss concepts
• Career-minded self-starter with a desire to grow into a leadership role through our management development program
• Valid driver's license preferred; company vehicle provided for business use
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekend.
