Job summary

Cintas is seeking an Advanced Management Partner to be trained and prepped for Senior Leadership roles. The program provides hands-on assignments across Customer Service, Affiliate Management, Accounting, and Sales, building core leadership skills.

You will lead a team of Account Managers and Customer Service Representatives, hire, train, coach, and visit customers to maintain service levels, upsell products, and prepare for General Manager responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Travel: 10% with overnight stays.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
