State Farm agent Joanne Dauphin is hiring an Agent Team Member to help customers with insurance and financial services. You will establish relationships, answer inquiries, and educate clients about options.

You must be self-motivated, detail oriented, and team-focused, with excellent communication. Licensing in Property & Casualty and Life & Health is required or to be obtained.

Compensation includes salary plus commission/bonus, paid time off, and growth opportunities within the agency.

Position Overview

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
