Job summary

State Farm Agent is seeking an Agent Team Member who is outgoing and customer-focused. You will establish relationships, educate clients on insurance options, and grow the agency through lead development and needs-based reviews.

Responsibilities include following up with customers, scheduling appointments, and promoting State Farm products. Compensation includes base salary plus commission and benefits; licensing requirements apply. Flexible hours and advancement opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Property and Casualty license or ability to obtain.
• Life and Health license or ability to obtain.
• Excellent communication skills—written, verbal and listening.
• Ability to learn computer functions and operate in a team environment.

Responsibilities
