Job description

We’re looking for passionate individuals ready to collaborate, develop, and lead. As an hourly leader at our Customer Service Desk, you’ll join a dynamic retail environment with new opportunities every day to enhance your skills. You will gain a deep understanding of our values, business measures, standards, and operations. Your role will be to ensure that knowledgeable and passionate team members provide the best possible experience for our customers in stores and with our products. If you thrive in a fast-paced, energetic environment where no two days are the same, this role is for you!

What will I do?
  1. Provide excellent service to customers and collaborate effectively with team members.
  2. Manage lottery machines, issue gift cards, sell stamps, and maintain the bottle return room where applicable.
  3. Administer the Shopper’s Club program, check out customers, and handle refunds and exchanges.
  4. Follow and uphold company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  5. Quickly identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or resources.
  6. Manage employee performance and development through training, feedback, and resources.
Required Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of work experience.
  • Basic computer skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience leading a team.
  • Passion and expertise in relevant products.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations.
