Description

American Specialty Health Incorporated is seeking a Manager I to join our Client Services-Fitness team. This position will serve as the primary contact for designated clients concerning service-related activities and new program implementations.

Salary Range

American Specialty Health complies with state and federal wage and hour laws. Compensation depends on the candidate's qualifications, education, skill set, years of experience, and internal equity. The full-time annual salary range is $48,000 to $57,000.

Remote Worker Considerations

Selected candidates will be trained remotely and must be able to work from home (WFH) with company-provided technology. A stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and upload speeds) is required for participation in online meetings via video.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the knowledge source regarding assigned client relationships and programs.
  • Lead the implementation process and provide daily service for low to medium complexity programs.
  • Respond to client calls within the same business day, Monday through Friday, 8 A.M. to 5 P.M. PST.
  • Acknowledge receipt of client emails within 24 hours.
  • Create and distribute routine status reports and work plans.
  • Keep department executives informed of client issues routinely.
  • Communicate with executives and the Management Team on high-level issues.
  • Support and provide updates at Key Process Team meetings.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and issues, including meeting minutes within two days.
  • Utilize and support administrative activities and issue resolution processes.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Coordinate with staff to resolve issues and answer queries.
  • Proactively manage client expectations and engagement.
  • Coordinate performance meetings and client support activities.
  • Handle administrative duties related to health plan accounts.
  • Act as a backup for other Client Services Managers.
  • Stay updated on ASH policies and procedures.
  • Seek support and training to advance to a Client Services Manager II.
  • Support departmental documentation and participate in client events and projects.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; high school diploma if experience qualifies.
  • Minimum two years in client, account, or project management with high-level customer support experience.
  • Experience with managed health care plans preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office, database management, and spreadsheets.
  • Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and proof of insurance.
  • Acceptable credit score for company credit card qualification.
