OVERVIEW:

We are seeking an Account/Customer Service Manager to join our team to work directly with our clients, providing client management and customer service support for their employee programs. This is a HYBRID role where most of your work will be performed from home. Our ideal candidate will be goal-oriented, capable of multitasking, possess a proactive attitude, work independently, and demonstrate dedication to treating our firm with ownership. Our Benefit Firm has been in operation for over 38 years and is located between Fort Worth and Dallas in the Mid-Cities area in Colleyville, TX.

THIS IS A HYBRID ACCOUNT MANAGER ROLE WITH THE MAJORITY OF WORK BEING FROM HOME!

Responsibilities:

  1. Assisting with the firm’s employee benefits clients and prospects
  2. Serve as day-to-day contact for customer service and administration needs
  3. Assist broker with annual open enrollment and new hire enrollments using HRIS platforms such as Employee Navigator
  4. Assist broker with marketing (RFPs) for group renewals including fully insured, self-funded, ancillary, and worksite products
  5. Work closely with insurance carriers and representatives
  6. Collaborate with other team members
  7. Assist in preparing client Pre-Renewal and Renewal analysis and spreadsheets
  8. Coordinate renewal steps to ensure timely completion
  9. Assist in preparing presentations for client and prospect meetings

Qualifications:

  1. Current TX Life & Health Group 1 license or willingness to obtain within 90 days
  2. 1+ years of experience in a Benefit Firm Agency/Brokerage
  3. Experience with Employee Navigator is a plus
  4. Experience conducting onsite and virtual enrollment meetings
  5. Experience preparing and marketing RFPs, obtaining quotes, and creating review spreadsheets
  6. Strong knowledge of group medical, dental, vision, life, LTD, STD, accident, critical illness, COBRA, ACA, ERISA, FSA, HSA
  7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Publisher)
  8. Attention to detail and ability to work independently
  9. Spanish speaking skills are a plus
