Job description

We are looking for a Client Services Manager to join our collaborative, high-performing team. If you are an organized, client-focused professional who thrives on building relationships and delivering exceptional results, this is your opportunity to help shape the leadership journey of top executives worldwide.

As Manager, Client Services, you’ll be a trusted partner to our clients to support them in achieving exceptional coaching outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  1. Partner with clients to understand their leadership development needs and ensure seamless execution of coaching programs.
  2. Manage client accounts by supporting the company’s proprietary Match, Coach, Manage, and Measure process.
  3. Serve as a liaison between clients, coaches, and internal teams to maintain a superior client experience.
  4. Support coach onboarding, coach evaluations, and engagement efforts to strengthen our coach community.
  5. Measure coaching impact through reporting and insights to demonstrate our success and ROI.
  6. Assist with client invoicing, contract tracking, and business reviews to ensure efficient operations and value delivery.
  7. Cultivate client relationships to expand programs and identify opportunities for growth.
  8. Share thought leadership and industry best practices to help clients achieve their leadership goals.

What You Bring:

  1. 5+ years of experience in client services, account management, or a similar role.
  2. Excellent project management abilities to coordinate multiple programs and deadlines.
  3. Strong interpersonal skills with executive presence and a collaborative approach.
  4. Comfort with technology; experience with platforms like Salesforce and Microsoft Teams preferred.
  5. A passion for learning and a desire to grow your skills.
  6. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. Master’s Degree completed or in progress a plus.

Coaching certification is a plus
