We are looking for a Client Services Manager to join our collaborative, high-performing team. As Manager, Client Services, you’ll be a trusted partner to our clients to support them in achieving exceptional coaching outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with clients to understand their leadership development needs and ensure seamless execution of coaching programs.
- Manage client accounts by supporting the company’s proprietary Match, Coach, Manage, and Measure process.
- Serve as a liaison between clients, coaches, and internal teams to maintain a superior client experience.
- Support coach onboarding, coach evaluations, and engagement efforts to strengthen our coach community.
- Measure coaching impact through reporting and insights to demonstrate our success and ROI.
- Assist with client invoicing, contract tracking, and business reviews to ensure efficient operations and value delivery.
- Cultivate client relationships to expand programs and identify opportunities for growth.
- Share thought leadership and industry best practices to help clients achieve their leadership goals.
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of experience in client services, account management, or a similar role.
- Excellent project management abilities to coordinate multiple programs and deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills with executive presence and a collaborative approach.
- Comfort with technology; experience with platforms like Salesforce and Microsoft Teams preferred.
- A passion for learning and a desire to grow your skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. Master’s Degree completed or in progress a plus.
Coaching certification is a plus
