Job summary

Ag Express Electronics is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator in Grand Island, NE to greet visitors, manage order status, and ensure a positive customer experience with professional communication.

You will support shipping/receiving, maintain ERP-based inventory, and document shipments and transactions while collaborating with production and warehouse teams to prevent shortages and improve service levels.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in customer service, shipping/receiving, or admin support preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, service or technical environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors at the front counter in a courteous and professional manner.
• Answer and route calls, emails, and other communications related to products and services.
• Accurately receive, stock, and label inventory using ERP system to maintain real-time data.
• Prepare, package, and ship outbound parts and repairs in line with standards.
• Record and maintain customer and order data, including billing and shipments.
